BOET ORDERING INFORMATION

All items are are handmade to order in our Portland studio. Lead time is 1-3 weeks depending on style and size of order. We will keep you posted on the progress of your order and let you know when it has shipped. For rush order inquiries, please contact Emily at eb@byboet.com

CUSTOM ORDERS

Jewelry orders can be customized. If you are interested in a different color or length please contact the designer.
All BOET jewelry custom orders take 2-4 weeks from time of order.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Orders are exchangeable for "in-store" credit within seven days of purchase. Items must be "un-worn" and in original condition. Please be mindful of deodorant, perfumes, and makeup. Items that are made custom just for you are not exchangeable or refundable.
