The fiber in this collar necklace is a vintage Japanese linen in the most beautiful, neutral flaxen tone - finely woven and printed with jolly black “S”shapes. When twisted into rope it has a faint suggestion of animal print; folded around a “pendant” of robust oxidized brass chains that rest on the chest in a quite soothing way.
