I love the different angles of this piece, and the gorgeous patterning of the background wood. Like a mellow reflection in water, the brush fibers create a great reflective, and inviting effect - pulling the eye in to the interior passageway.

Made from a nice slice of camphor burl with two angled wings of painted alder. Fiber wings are made from viscose.
