Ernst is lovingly named after Ernst Haeckel - a grand artist who helped discover and capture many of the oceans creatures. Ernst feels like a water snake to me.

2025 is the year of the Wood Snake! This little sculpture is your good luck friend - embodying the spirit of the snake with its traits of wisdom, transformation and renewal. Made from a natural piece of driftwood with no alterations. This piece of wood was lovingly found on a long beachcombing hunt in Brookings, Oregon. Tongue is made of acrylic painted wire, the snake is mounted on a brass rod with Blackwood pedestal. You can display your snake tabletop or there are two holes in the back for easy wall install.
